The project "GOeArt" was held during the "White Night", a cultural event hosted by the City of Brussels with more than 50 artists and performers. GOeArt is based on a simple concept: display a monumental work of art on a roof in the capital. The aim was to make it visible from the sky and via satellite views available on the web and, more specifically, Google Earth. After a call for ideas, the artist Elnino was selected to design the fresco. SPECIMEN was responsible for coordinating and staging the performance. The project was a participatory project. Visitors were invited to paint themselves on the ground during the White Night.
