In the heart of the Laotian capital, the construction site has an ideal situation. It is located between the two main monuments of this growing city and receives significant exposure along the Singha Road. The project involves the construction of a building including forty luxury apartments, based on the model of the Asian condominium. All services are included, such as parking, a public restaurant, fitness, a swimming pool, offices and a mini market. The building stands on ten floors and enjoys a stunning panoramic view on its surroundings. Apartments with terraces and balconies stand on each floor. Those balconies are seen as cuts spread over the entire facades and creates a geometric rhythm providing shade on the glass. Given the proportions of the overall structure, these overhangs visually lighten the whole building. The primary structure is simple and uncluttered to the max. In this way, each floor is seen as a piece of concrete embedded in the frame columns. The facades of the flats are open using floor to ceiling windows to take advantage of views and stay in touch with nature.
