A new kitchen should enlarge a small house in the outskirts of Brussels. It overlooks a sunken garden. The architectural solution is a new volume, fully open to the outside and extended by a steel staircase. It incorporates a pergola whose structure has been reflected as a lattice and which may cling to the existing vine.
